About Us
Westside Building Material Hesperia was established in the early 1970’s as Hi-Desert Materials. It sold local contractors masonry products, drywall, lath and plaster. In the early 1980’s the business was sold to La Habra Stucco. La Habra expanded the yard, inventory, personnel and equipment. It soon became the leading drywall stocking and masonry supplier in the High Desert. In August 2000, Westside Building Material purchased Hi Desert and immediate improvements were made, providing the extra edge to service projects of any size.
Westside Building Material Hesperia has an extensive inventory and if it’s not in stock, we can usually have it the same day. In addition to supplying masonry and landscaping material for both the contractor and home owner, our extensive inventory services the drywall contractor as well. We stock a full line of Orco Block, Pacific Clay Brick, Higgins Brick, Castaic Brick, Keystone retaining block, Quikrete retaining block, El Dorado Stone, Coronado Stone, Natural Stone, Ackerstone Pavers and Orco Block Pavers. We offer the concrete contractor Brick Form by Solomon Colors. Their entire stock lines of products are available such as color hardener, antique releases, acid stains, sealers, stamps and tools. Also new for the concrete contractor is the WR Meadows line of products that include the Dec O Joint and Dec O Seal line, cures, sealers, form oils and more.
Westside Building Material has the largest, most complete inventory in the High Desert area. We pride ourselves on being the most knowledgeable, service oriented supplier and will do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers.
